Customs exemption for imported machinery enables duty free import for ammunition filling project subject to specified certification conditions. Exempts from customs duty and additional duty machinery, instruments, tools and accessories imported for establishing ammunition filling facilities at the Bolangir ordnance factory project by the Ordnance Factory Board, Calcutta, subject to production at importation of a list certified by an officer not below Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Defence confirming requirement for the project, non availability in India, and exclusive use for the project.
