of <h1>Tariff on Almonds in Shell Updated: Rs. 55 per kg Under Customs Act, 1962, Notification No. 114/94-Cus.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, has issued an amendment to the previous notification No. 29/89-Customs dated March 1, 1989. This amendment, Notification No. 114/94-Cus dated April 21, 1994, involves changes to the tariff on almonds in shell. Specifically, item number 2 and its related entries are removed, and item number 3 is revised. The new tariff for all goods under code 0802.11 is set at Rs. 55 per kg, reduced from Rs. 50 per kg. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest.
