of <h1>Customs Act Update: Amendments to Notification 44/91-Customs Modify Drawback Entries for Export Materials</h1> The Central Government has issued amendments to Notification No. 44/91-Customs, dated May 30, 1991, under the Customs Act, 1962. These modifications pertain to the drawback on imported materials used in goods intended for export. The changes include substituting entries in the notification's table: 'J-Acid' replaces the entry against S. No. 35, 'Tobias Acid' replaces S. No. 40, 'Polyester Resin (Saturated)' replaces S. No. 41, and 'Benzanthrone' replaces S. No. 68. These adjustments are made under Notification No. 121/94-Cus, dated June 1, 1994.
