of <h1>New Customs Notification Sets March 2002 Exchange Rates for Export Goods Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government of India has issued Notification No. 10/2002-Customs (N.T.) under the Customs Act, 1962, superseding Notification No. 8/2002-Cus. (N.T.). Effective from March 1, 2002, this notification determines the exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian Rupees for export goods. The rates are listed in two schedules: Schedule I includes currencies like the US Dollar at 48.50 INR and the Euro at 42.10 INR, among others, while Schedule II lists the Japanese Yen at 36.15 INR per 100 units.
