This appointment allows the official to exercise powers and discharge duties for adjudicating matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to a company and others by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. This action is taken under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, to address issues initially managed by the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export) at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
