of <h1>Commissioner of Customs Delhi Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for Show Cause Notice under Customs Act 1962</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Delhi, as the common adjudicating authority. This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to M/s. Self Knitting Group of Companies and others. The Commissioner will exercise powers and duties for the Commissioners of Customs at Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; Port, Kolkata; The Mall, Amritsar; and Custom House, Kandla. This notification, dated August 6, 2009, is in response to a notice from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence issued on December 29, 2008.
