of <h1>Customs Notification Amends Fish, Crustacean Import Exemptions from Bangladesh, Korea, Sri Lanka; Updates Entry 03.01 to 03.06</h1> Notification No. 159/94-Cus, dated August 4, 1994, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, provides an exemption for fish and crustaceans imported from Bangladesh, Korea, and Sri Lanka. This amendment modifies a prior notification (No. 252/90-Customs) by updating the entries in the annexed table. Specifically, it replaces the entry '03.01 to 03.06' in column (2) against Sl. No. 1 and omits Sl. No. 2 and its related entries. This exemption is deemed necessary in the public interest by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
