of <h1>Solar, Copper, and Steel Wire Exempted from Additional Customs Duty per Section 3 of Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> The Central Government, under the powers of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended a previous notification to exempt solar plated, copper plated, and steel wire from additional customs duty. This amendment is made in the public interest and modifies the notification No. 88/94-Customs dated March 1, 1994. Specifically, goods listed at Sl. No. 15 of List B in the notification are exempted from the entire additional customs duty under section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
