of <h1>Customs Notification Amended: Conditions Modified to Align with Public Interest, References to Pre-1994 Rules Added.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 203/92-Customs, dated May 19, 1992, under the Customs Act, 1962, to align with public interest. The amendment modifies condition (v) by replacing clause (b) to specify that certain facilities under rules 191A, 191B, 12(1)(b), or 13(1)(b) have not been availed before October 1, 1994. Additionally, in the export section of the schedule, Part-2, Part-H, declaration 2, new references to rules 57A, 12(1)(b), and 13(1)(b) as they stood before October 1, 1994, have been added.
