of <h1>Amendment Allows Gem & Jewellery Transfers to Retail Outlets at Delhi Airport for Export under Notification No. 194/94-Cus.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 3/88-Cus, concerning gem and jewellery manufactured in the Jhandewalan Complex, New Delhi. This amendment, under Notification No. 194/94-Cus dated December 6, 1994, allows for gem and jewellery sold to foreign-bound passengers to be transferred to retail outlets or showrooms in the departure lounge or customs warehouse at Delhi's Customs Airport. This transfer is for the purpose of export and must follow the procedure specified by the Collector of Customs, aligning with the Import and Export Policy.
