of <h1>Commissioner of Customs, Jaipur appointed for adjudicating cases under section 4(1) of the Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Government has appointed the Commissioner of Customs, Jaipur, as the Commissioner of Customs at the Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi. This appointment is for adjudicating show cause notices related to M/s. Livia Exports and others, issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, on September 29, 2000. This decision is made under the authority of section 4(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. The notification is issued under Notification No. 5/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated January 28, 2002, by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
