The specified goods include crude iodine, lithium carbonate, soda ash, ammonia, enriched uranium, and various chemical compounds, with duty rates ranging from 10% to 40% ad valorem. Certain goods like enriched uranium and heavy water have additional conditions for duty reduction, such as specific use in atomic power reactors or stations.
