of <h1>India Imposes Additional Duty on Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde from China to Counteract Dumping Under Customs Tariff Act</h1> The Central Government, exercising its powers under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules, has imposed an additional duty on 3, 4, 5 Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde (TMBA) imported from the People's Republic of China. Based on preliminary findings indicating dumping, the duty is set at 237 rupees per kilogram. This measure aims to counteract the dumping of TMBA, classified under sub-heading No. 2912.49, as published in the Gazette of India on January 31, 1995.
