of <h1>Government Amends Customs Tariff Notification; Revises Entries for Sub-headings 8505.20, 8505.30, 8505.90, Adds New Entry 4A</h1> The Central Government has amended the Customs Tariff Notification No. 50/95-Customs, dated March 16, 1995, under the powers granted by section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, detailed in Notification No. 86/95-Cus dated April 7, 1995, revises the entries for S. No. 4 in the notification's annexed table. The revised entries pertain to goods under sub-heading numbers 8505.20, 8505.30, and 8505.90, excluding ferric permanent magnets and certain articles of ferrite. An additional entry, S. No. 4A, is also introduced for goods under sub-heading 8508.90.
