of <h1>Amendment to Customs Act Adjusts Tariff Entries for Petroleum Products Effective April 17, 1995, under Section 25(1)</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, has issued an amendment to the previous notification No. 19/94-Customs dated March 1, 1994. This amendment, effective from April 17, 1995, modifies the tariff entries for petroleum products in the notification's table. Specifically, for serial number 11, the entries '27.12, 2713.12, 2713.20, 2713.90, 27.14, 27.15' replace the existing entries, adjusting the effective rate of duty on these specified petroleum products.
