of <h1>Green Tea Imports to India Exempt from Additional Customs Duty Under Section 128 of Finance Act, 2003</h1> The Central Government of India, under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, has issued Notification No. 79/2003 dated May 14, 2003, exempting green tea imported into India from the entire additional customs duty as per section 128 of the Finance Act, 2003. This exemption is deemed necessary in the public interest.
