of <h1>Customs Duty Exemption Removed for Monitors in Manufacturing; Amendment Effective August 24, 1995, Under Customs Act Section 25(1).</h1> The Central Government has withdrawn the customs duty exemption for monitors used in the manufacture and maintenance of specified goods and spare parts. This amendment, effective from August 24, 1995, modifies the previous notification No. 93/95-Customs dated May 18, 1995. Specifically, the table in the earlier notification is amended by omitting Serial No. 26 and its related entry, as per the powers granted under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962. This decision is made in the public interest.
