of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 149/95-Customs: Advance Licence Products for Manufacturer-Exporters Included Effective December 1, 1995.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 149/95-Customs, dated September 19, 1995, under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, effective from December 1, 1995, adds a provision to the existing notification. It specifies that all products for which an Advance Licence is issued to a manufacturer-exporter, based on applications made on or after December 1, 1995, are included. This amendment is made in the public interest and is documented in Notification No. 162/95-Customs.
