EPCG scheme permitting reuse of imported components for other capital goods upon customs evidence in lieu of certificate. Amendment permits reuse of imported components, originally for specified capital goods already supplied, by the exporter to manufacture other capital goods in his factory, subject to production of evidence of receipt and utilisation to the satisfaction of customs at the port of importation in lieu of the previously envisaged certificate.
