of <h1>Government Updates Tariff Values for Palm Oils and Brass Scrap Under Customs Act, 1962 Effective December 7, 2001.</h1> The government has amended Notification No. 36/2001-Cus. (N.T.) regarding the fixation of tariff values for certain goods under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment specifies new tariff values for crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, RBD palmolein, crude palmolein, and brass scrap. The updated values are as follows: crude palm oil at $314 per metric tonne, RBD palm oil at $341, RBD palmolein at $349, crude palmolein at $334, and brass scrap (all grades) at $1030. This amendment is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, effective from December 7, 2001.
