<h1>Kayfoam Export Processing Zone in Mumbai Added to Export List for Gems and Jewellery via Sahar Airport</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification Nos. 133/94-Cus. and 177/94-Cus. concerning the export of gems, jewellery, and other articles by units in Export Processing Zones (EPZ) or Free Trade Zones (FTZ). The amendment, effective from August 5, 1998, adds the Kayfoam Export Processing Zone in Kandivili, Mumbai, to the list of zones in Annexure-II of both notifications. This inclusion specifies that exports from this zone can be processed through the Sahar Airport in Mumbai, aligning with the directives under the Customs Act, 1962.
