of <h1>Central Government Rescinds Anti-Dumping Notification on Chinese Magnesium under Customs Tariff Act, 1975.</h1> Notification No. 80/98-Cus., dated October 22, 1998, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, rescinds the previous Notification No. 19/98-Cus. This earlier notification, dated May 4, 1998, concerned magnesium originating in or exported from China PR. The rescission is executed under the powers conferred by section 9A(2) of the Customs Tariff Act and rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, which deal with anti-dumping duties and the determination of injury related to dumped articles.
