<h1>Cochin International Airport Project Gains Customs Exemptions Under Notification No. 29/99-Cus, Boosting Economic Development</h1> The Central Government has issued Notification No. 29/99-Cus, dated February 28, 1999, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, designating the Cochin International Airport Project as a project eligible for assessment under Heading No. 98.01. This notification amends a previous notification (No. 42/96-Customs, dated July 23, 1996) by adding the Cochin International Airport Project to the list of projects benefiting from certain customs exemptions, thereby supporting the country's economic development.
