of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 20/99-Cus: Updates on Petroleum Exploration Licenses Issued or Renewed After April 1, 1999</h1> Notification No. 43/99-Cus, dated April 28, 1999, amends Notification No. 20/99-Cus concerning imports for petroleum operations. Exercising powers under section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, the Central Government has determined this amendment is in the public interest. The amendment specifies that in the original notification, references to 'petroleum exploration licenses' are updated to 'petroleum exploration licenses issued or renewed after April 1, 1999,' both in the table against S. No. 182 and in the conditions section under condition number 34.
