of <h1>Central Government Sets Exchange Rate for Russian Roubles to Indian Rupees at 18.1119 Under Customs Act 1962, Section 14</h1> Notification No. 80/88-Cus. (N.T.), dated 21st November 1988, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, supersedes Notification No. 66/88-Cus. (N.T.). It establishes the exchange rate for converting Russian Roubles to Indian Rupees at 18.1119, effective from 21st November 1988. This determination is made in accordance with section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962, specifically under sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3).
