of <h1>Bhusawal Designated as Inland Container Depot for Import-Export Under Section 7 of Customs Act, 1962</h1> Bhusawal in the State of Maharashtra has been designated as an Inland Container Depot for the unloading and loading of import-export goods. This change is made under the authority of clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment updates the notification No.12/97-Customs (N.T.) from April 2, 1997, by adding Bhusawal to the list of locations in Maharashtra authorized for these activities. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under Notification No.43/2001-Customs (N.T.) dated September 18, 2001.
