of <h1>Bill of Entry Amendment: Effective Date Changed from January 2, 1989, to July 3, 1989, per Regulation 1(2) Update.</h1> The Bill of Entry (Forms) Third Amendment Regulations, 1988, issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs under the Customs Act, 1962, amends the Bill of Entry (Forms) Regulations, 1987. The amendment changes the effective date in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 from '2nd day of January, 1989' to '3rd day of July, 1989.' These regulations will be effective from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
