of <h1>Village Mesma in Gujarat Designated as Warehousing Station for Export-Oriented Units under Customs Act, 1962, Section 9</h1> Village Mesma, located in Taluka Otpad, District Surat, Gujarat, has been designated as a warehousing station by the Central Board of Excise and Customs under the authority of section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962. This designation is intended to facilitate the establishment of hundred percent export-oriented undertakings in the area. The notification was issued under Notification No. 4/89-Cus. (N.T.) dated January 13, 1989.
