of <h1>Central Government Sets Exchange Rate for Russian Rouble at 19.2411 Rupees Under Customs Act, Effective October 18, 1989.</h1> Notification No. 62/89-Cus. (N.T.), dated October 18, 1989, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, supersedes Notification No. 43/89-Cus. (N.T.) from July 11, 1989. It establishes the exchange rate for converting one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice versa at 19.2411 rupees. This rate is effective from October 18, 1989.
