The amendment involves updating the exchange rate for Swiss Francs to 9.1300, effective from 24th December 1989. This change is part of the non-tariff customs regulations, as specified in Notification No. 74/89-Cus. (N.T.) dated 21st December 1989, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
