of <h1>New Exchange Rate Set for Russian Rouble to Indian Rupees at 20.5520, Effective 14th May 1990</h1> Notification No. 21/90-Cus. (N.T.) dated 14th May 1990, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, establishes the exchange rate for converting the Russian Rouble to Indian currency at 20.5520 rupees. This notification supersedes the previous notification No. 72/89-NT-Customs dated 20th December 1989. The new exchange rate is effective from 14th May 1990.
