of <h1>Amendments to Specified Goods Rules: Omission of Clauses in Rule 3 and Rule 4 Effective Immediately Under Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Specified Goods (Prevention of Illegal Export) Amendment Rules, 1990, issued on June 8, 1990, by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, introduces amendments to the 1969 rules. The amendments involve the omission of clause (f) in sub-rule (1) and the proviso in sub-rule (3) of rule 3. Additionally, clause (iv) in sub-rule (1) of rule 4 is also omitted. These changes are effective from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
