of <h1>New Customs Notification Sets Exchange Rate: 1 Russian Rouble = 21.2200 Indian Rupees, Effective August 10, 1990.</h1> Notification No. 48/90-Cus. (N.T.), dated August 10, 1990, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, establishes the exchange rate for converting Russian Roubles to Indian Rupees at 21.2200. This notification supersedes the earlier notification No. 21/90-NT-Customs dated May 14, 1990, and is effective from August 10, 1990.
