of <h1>Central Government appoints Bombay Collector as Customs Collector for Delhi and Calcutta for cases involving Super Cassettes Industries Ltd.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, appoints the Collector of Customs from Bombay to also serve as the Collector of Customs in Delhi and Calcutta. This appointment supersedes a previous notification and is specifically for adjudicating cases involving M/s. Super Cassettes Industries Ltd., Noida (Ghaziabad), and its sister concerns. This decision was formalized in Notification No. 53/90-Cus. (N.T.) dated September 3, 1990, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
