of <h1>Kundaim in Ponda Taluka designated as a warehousing station under Customs Act Section 9, replacing 1986 notification.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has declared Kundaim in Ponda Taluka, North Goa District, as a warehousing station under the authority of section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962. This declaration supersedes the previous notification No. 449/86-Customs dated October 13, 1986. The new notification, No. 71/90-Cus. (N.T.), was issued on October 23, 1990, marking a change in the designation of warehousing stations within the region.
