Changes Dutch Guilder Exchange Rate to 9.2325 Effective December 14, 1990.</h1> The Central Government has issued an amendment to Notification No. 61/90-Cus. (N.T.), originally dated September 28, 1990, and previously amended by Notification No. 73/90-Non Tariff Customs on November 14, 1990. This amendment, under Notification No. 78/90-Cus. (N.T.) dated December 10, 1990, involves a change in the exchange rate for Dutch Guilders, setting it at 9.2325. This new rate will take effect from December 14, 1990, as per the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and the Customs Act, 1962.
