of <h1>New Exchange Rate for Russian Rouble Set at 24.1313 Rupees Under Customs Act 1962, Effective April 24, 1991.</h1> Notification No. 30/91-Cus. (N.T.), dated April 24, 1991, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Act, 1962, establishes the exchange rate for converting the Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice versa at 24.1313 rupees. This determination supersedes the previous notification No. 25/91-NT-Customs dated March 22, 1991, and is effective from April 24, 1991.
