of <h1>New Exchange Rate Set for Russian Roubles to Indian Rupees at 30.8390 Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government of India, under the Customs Act, 1962, has issued Notification No. 57/91-Cus. (N.T.) dated August 20, 1991, establishing the exchange rate for converting Russian Roubles to Indian Rupees at 30.8390. This supersedes the previous notification No. 51/91-N.T.-Customs dated July 10, 1991, and is effective from August 20, 1991.
