of <h1>Government Amends Customs Notification on Exchange Rates for Imported Goods Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 59/92-Cus. (N.T.), dated 28th August 1992, concerning exchange rates for imported goods. Effective from 25th September 1992, the revised exchange rates are as follows: Austrian Schillings at 34.4200, Deutsche Marks at 4.9575, Italian Lire at 4144.0000, and Swedish Kroners at 18.5900. This amendment is issued under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and the Customs Act, 1962, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
