This declaration is made under the authority of Notification No. 17/90-Customs (N.T.), amended by Notification No. 34/90, by the Government of India's Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue. The purpose of this designation is to facilitate the establishment of a Hundred Percent Export Oriented Undertaking in the area. The notification is identified as No. 3/93-Cus. (N.T.) NZO and was issued on May 11, 1993.
