Customs fee regulation amendment removes a broad enabling phrase from the preamble, effective on publication. The amendment regulations, effective on publication in the Official Gazette and made under statutory powers, delete the words 'and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf' from the preamble to the Customs (Fees For Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Regulations, 1968, removing that general enabling phrase from the recital of authority.
