of <h1>Customs Act Amendment: Krishnapatnam Port Designation for Fertilizer Unloading Extended to 31st August 1995.</h1> The Central Government, exercising its authority under the Customs Act, 1962, has amended a previous notification to extend the designation of Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, as a customs port for unloading fertilizer. The original deadline of 31st August 1994 has been extended to 31st August 1995. This amendment modifies the earlier notification No. 51/93-Customs (N.T.) dated 11th October 1993, as published in the Gazette of India.
