of <h1>Muldwarka Port Designated as Customs Port for Coal Imports, Clinker and Cement Exports under Section 7, Customs Act 1962.</h1> Muldwarka port in Gujarat has been designated as a Customs port for the unloading of imported coal and the loading of clinker and cement for export. This appointment is made under the authority of clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962, and replaces the previous notification from February 9, 1994. The Central Government issued this notification to officially recognize Muldwarka port for these specific import and export activities.
