of <h1>Central Government Updates Excise Notification: New Locations for Mineral Oil Transfers Added under Chapter VII</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 266/67-Central Excise, dated November 28, 1967, under the Central Excise Rules, 1944. The amendment involves the inclusion of new locations for the removal of mineral oil products between warehouses under Chapter VII. Specifically, Nandesari in Gujarat and Manmad in Maharashtra have been added to paragraph 2, clause (1). Additionally, in paragraph 3, clause (a), the locations of Koyali and Mumbai are now included alongside Gummalladoddi and Kattubadipalem. This amendment is reflected in Notification No. 8/98-C.E. (N.T.), dated March 26, 1998.
