Issue of summons: new rule requires written duplicate summons stating purpose, signed and sealed by issuing officer. The amendment substitutes rule 204 to require that every summons under the Act be in writing and in duplicate, state the purpose for which it is issued, be signed by the issuing officer, and bear the officer's official seal, if any.
