of <h1>Central Government amends Central Excise Rules 1944: removes 'bonded' and updates 'Bond Warehouse' to 'Warehouse'. Effective 28 Feb 1986.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of sub-rule (2) of rule 13 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, has amended the notification No. 151/81-Central Excises dated 29th July 1981. The amendments include the removal of the word 'bonded' wherever it appears and the substitution of 'Bond Warehouse' with 'Warehouse' in Annexure II. These changes are effective from 28th February 1986.
