This amendment, detailed in Notification No. 67/2000-Cus. (N.T.) dated November 3, 2000, involves an update to the annexed table, specifically for serial number 8 concerning all countries. A new entry, item number (7), has been added to include an 'Export Extension Counter at Guwahati.'
