of <h1>India Trade Promotion Organisation Chairperson Appointed as Authority Under Rule 3 of Anti-dumping Duty Rules 1995</h1> The Central Government appoints the Chairperson of the India Trade Promotion Organisation as the designated authority under rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. This appointment supersedes a previous notification by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and will remain in effect until further orders.
