of <h1>Amendment to Central Excise Rules Excludes Certain Goods from Small-Scale Exemption for March 25-31, 1986</h1> Notification No. 202/86-C.E., dated March 25, 1986, issued by the Central Government under the Central Excise Rules, 1944, amends a previous notification (No. 175/86-Central Excises) from March 1, 1986. The amendment specifies that the exemption provided to small-scale units does not apply to the clearances of certain specified goods for home consumption between March 25, 1986, and March 31, 1986. This addition is inserted after paragraph 5 and before Explanation I in the original notification.
