Excise duty exemption for specified soya products removes whole excise liability for the listed tariff headings. Exemption removes the whole of the duty of excise for goods specified by tariff sub-heading entries under the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985, namely soya textured protein and soya milk, pursuant to sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944.
